At Nubian Fragrance, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable: opened or used fragrances, gift cards, and items purchased during sale or promotional events (unless faulty).
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund or return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa).
